Bibliography:The intangible user satisfaction is a growing measurement tools in system quality measurement process to determine the system success for research and development. This study was conducted with the aim to measure user satisfactions towards proposed online registration system of Birth Certificate and MyKad application for Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara. As initial, the study focused on knowledge based users and IT people. The study was also to examine whether there is significant difference between groups 111 users. Additionally, this study was carried out to determine the important factor, factor of strength and factor of concems by users in satisfaction. A total of 127 user comprising 43 from govemment sector staff, 42 from private sector staff and 42 from students were selected by using stratified random sampling. The data was collected from questionnaireswhich were completed by respondents and was analyzed by using statistical tool. The'"study revealed the satisfaction towards five components, i.e. the most satisfied components were "Ease of use" and "Customer support". There was a significant variation level of satisfaction between users groups. Generally, strong components exist between most satisfied components i.e. "Ease of use" to the rest of component except "Security". The most concemed factor defined by users was "Information and content". Whereas perceived user suggested most satisfied component was "Customer support". The result of the study suggest that the component that need to be taken into consideration in improving the system was "Security", followed "Information and content", "Transaction", "Ease of use" and "Customer support".
