| 总结: | The aim this project is to manage a distributed software development project in a client/server environment. This project is a web-based application system, called eTeam Management was developed with Microsoft Access as a back end database and Active Server Page (ASP) as a web page scripting language. Personal Web Server was chosen to act as a Web Server. Since this project is a web-based application, the Project Manager can assign any task to the collaborative workers wherever they are at any time. Besides that, the collaborative workers themselves can share information and communicate among them in an effective way in all phases of software development process. Any progress of the project can be keep tracked. A part from that project scheduling and activities can be monitored. The outcome of this project will produce an application that can be used to assist a distributed software development team works. The team works can easily report their progress project by logging on to a Web site. Security is maintained by the use of user Id and password. User's password can be changed through a web form by providing the old password. |
