The aims of this study were to investigate the effects of diets formulated with Rubber Seed Meal (RSM) (Hevea brasiliensis) and Lactobacillus strain of probiotic on growth performance, carcass yield, meat quality, biochemical composition of breast and liver, and sennn biochemical profile of Hybrid Avam Kampung (HAK). The experiment entailed two feeding trials: Ninety-six, 14-day old HAK chicks with an average weight of 190.8S±0.70g were randomly assigned to 1 of 4 dietary treatments in triplicates for S weeks. Dietary treatments consisted ofRSM of 10% (Tl), 20% (TI), and 30% (T3) and com-soybean based (Control diet), respectively. Feed and water were made available at ad libitum throughout the experiment. Growth indices (FCR, FI, ADWG, and rmrtality) were observed on a daily and weekly basis. Carcass yield, meat quality, pr ximate composition of the breast meat and liver were determined after 3 S days. Results from first trial indicated that diet containing 20% RSM obtained the best result arronz treated groups. Hence, 20% RSM concentration in the diet was adopted in sec nd trial with the inclusion of probiotic at different levels at O.Sglkg (Tl ), l.Ogl kg (12), I.Sg/kg (D) and com-soybean based (Control diet), respectively. The initial average weight of chicks used was 122.24±0.16g. All approaches from first trial were adopted except for sennn analysis of HAK.
