Summary:This research addresses the components in a teaching of Arabic to non-native speakers by KEMBAQ programme.The research aims to analyze the methodology to clarify the foundation of language and social development in this programme in their teaching of Arabic to the students. This programme has different method of studies compared to another programmes. This research depends on the analytical methods, by reviewing the prospectus,other researches, books and scientific journals. The researcher has observed teaching practices in the programme and also conducted interviews with the founder of this programme to see the features of their Arabic curricula. The researcher distributed questionnaire to the respondents who were students in the programme.Through the questionnaire,the researcher found that most of the students believed that the methodology in the programme helps them to learn Arabic. They believed this programme will improve the student skills especially in Arabic learning. The research found several results at the end of its analysis: the curriculum content can enhance the students ability in their Arabic learning and the method of teaching is suitable for the learners.The researcher also listed some suggestions which can be used in the development of the curricula for teaching Arabic to non-native speakers.
