The main objective of the research is to find out views from the staff in Security Department of Malaysia Airlines toward the training that they had attended. This research was conducted using questionnaire distributed to the respondents and data that was extracted from the organisation. The data collected were analysed with SPSS and Microsoft Office applications. Analysis from the research shows that the perceptions of the staffs against the training are mostly positive. The data analysis also show that they had mostly agreed with the training materials and approaches; facilities and location used while conducting the training; the timeframe and the trainer's knowledge and skill. Also revealed is that the training relevance to their job are well manage and does contribute to ease them while on duty.
