The aims of this study are determined to present the best conception of women's rights in order to avoid the misunderstanding and corrupted issues that could mutilate this conception. The results confirm women's rights under both Islamic jurisprudence and French law, and assure that Islamic jurisprudence is the best law for women's rights. | ||
