| 总结: | From the Islamic Perspective life insurance (family takafu) in the Islamic Perspective is an important financial tool, through which individuals as well as groups can obtain financial security for their families and beneficiaries. Muslim jurists have different views on it, and some of them have mentioned it as permissible while others have rejected it. This study intends to discuss the rules and the benefits of life insurance (family takqfu[) from the Islamic perspective. The first chapter discusses the meaning, fundamentals, features, objectives, characteristics, types and the general ruling of life insurance (family takqful) from an Islamic perspective. The second chapter discusses the determination rules of inheriting property in life insurance (family takafu) through donation "the gifting of the reward" and "commitment to donate". The third chapter discusses the determination rules of inheriting property in life insurance (family takqfu) through bequest. Moreover, this study adopts the inductive method to gather texts and scholar's points of view related to the principles and issues, in chapters '2' and 3 the researcher analyzes the evidences of the jurist scholars in light of maqii,Jid al-shari'ah which relates to insurance the rules permit inheriting property in life insurance (family takaful) through bequest or tabarru '. The study concludes by supporting of wasiyyah or tabarru' which is one third of the property for the beneficiaries of life insurance (family takajit[) from an Islamic perspective. |
