It also proposes effective methods in teaching oratory for advanced level and to suggest criteria, drills and proposals for training speakers of that language. This study is largely based upon library research giving some explanation of methods in teaching Arabic oratory and effective factors in choosing the best methods. identifying students' problems in the International Islamic University Malaysia and proposing solutions. This study also benefitted from the discussion with the lecturers to learn about methods used in teaching "Arabic Oratory'', their language level, their different interests, their opinions about Arabic oratory and their routine activities related to speaking skills. The study found that teaching Arabic oratory for Arab students differ from teaching it to Malaysian students in many ways, such as objectives, students characteristic, kinds of drills used and the required procedures of special education. It proposes a new program with emphasis on developing self confidence among the students as being independent is essential to become an orator. This is because in order to be very good in oratory especially at the advanced stage, the student must always depend on his initiative to excel. This program is presented as a preliminary step which must be supplemented with intensive drills and continuous practice.
