| 总结: | This research focuses on studying juvenile felony in the city of Arbil, the capital of the Kurdistan region, in light of Islamic law. The aim of this research is to clarify the age of juveniles, highlight the concept of juvenile felony, the provisions and penalties from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence, the treatment of preventive and curative measures, the types of crimes committed by juveniles in Arbil, the causes and factors driving them to commit crime, and the efforts of the government to overcome these felonies. The researcher used inductive and analytical methods in this study, analyzing statistics and conducting personal interviews with a number of high ranking officers in several government offices as well as with a group of juveniles who are in a adetention center in Arbil. According to the analysis of the study, the number of juveniles has increased from year to year and theft is most common due to the influence of bad friends. Based on the findings, the researcher has confirmed the importance of the contribution of the government in guiding the juveniles and the community, by controlling the occurrence of felonies among them through relegislation in the areas of the juveniles, and giving them attention with the help of religious institutions. |
