| 總結: | The purpose of this thesis is to study the experience of the Zakat Board in the state of Yobe, Nigeria. It focuses on the defeat against poverty and takes advantage from the development of Zakat in Selangor, Malaysia, Kuwait, and Pakistan. The researcher adopted in this study the inductive approach, to collect information on the subject of widespread and various literatures on the effective roles and experiences of Zakat Board in addressing poverty, and to collect data from the Department of Zakat Board in the state of Yobe. The researcher also adopted the analytical method, to analyze the evidence and the provisions of the Zakat Board. The most significant findings of the study are: since the establishment of the first Zakat Board in Yobe state, it plays active roles in overcoming poverty, especially in rural areas. The Board provides the needed information and creates public awareness to the output of Zakat. The Zakat Board in the Emirate of Tikau, Nigeria has also achieved a great work in collecting Zakat funds and distributing them to the poor and needy. There are other Zakat Board in Nigeria which have also achieved effective works for eradicating poverty, such as the Zakat and endowment of the state of Zamfara, Zakat Board for the state of Kano and Sokoto. These Boards are collecting the Zakat in traditional system, and the doctrine followed in these Boards is Maliki. |
