总结: | This study analyses the land distribution policy for plasma and swadaya land schemes in Desa Benua Baru, East Kalimantan, Indonesia. Plasma and swadaya are two agricultural land schemes for Indonesian farmers to develop natural resources and to improve the social and economic development of Indonesia's rural population. In examining the plasma and swadaya land schemes this thesis looks at the various regulations of land distribution introduced by the state and local government and how issues of ownership and distribution produce various outcomes. This work covers the strengths and weaknesses of land distribution policy in plasma and swadaya land schemes by assessing how such schemes produce various socio-economic factors like income, productivity, education, access to resources, etc. Finally, it hopes to make recommendations of factors that can improve plasma and swadaya land scheme implementation with regards to land distribution policy to support the socio-economic development in East Kalimantan, Indonesia. |
