| الملخص: | The research aims to clarify the contextual meanings of hadith 'Innama al-'A'mal bi al-Niyyat literally (al-Siyaq al-Lughawiy) and conditionally (al-Siyaq al-Maqamiy), as well as to discover issues contained in the hadith. The research also highlights the misconceptions that emerge because of the misunderstandings regarding this hadith. The researcher adopted two basic approaches: the inductive method and the analytical approach. The inductive approach utilized the sources and references related to the hadith. The analytical approach analyzed the hadith and deduct (Istinbaṭ) the contextual meanings in the hadith. The research discovered that both literal and conditional contexts play crucial roles in understanding certain texts and comprehending its intended meaning, with assistance from various means. Both types of contexts cannot be separated. The researcher found that the hadith was narrated by ten narrators from Yahya ibn Sa'id with different narrations in the lafz. The sabab wurud of the hadith is based on the principle of al-'Ibrah bi 'umum al-Lafz la bi khusus al-sabab. It is clear that this hadith contains a broad concept of meaning from the both sides literally and conditionally specifically in historical, social and context situational contexts. This hadith embodies many aspects in life which is acceptable for all time and places from particularly relating creed, worship and social sciences. |
