Description
Summary:Dyscalculia is a common difficulty learning Mathematics amongst primary school students. This study attempts to analyze the difficulties that LINUS pupils in primary school faced in answering mathematical constructs. The data for this research were collected by analyzing the problems that hinder Year 3 pupils (1 boy and 1 girl) from answering the mathematical problems. The findings indicated that both respondents had the same problem in terms of understanding the question given. They failed to apply the mathematical formulas learnt to the question. This study helps to provide the insights of the problems faced and finding alternatives to reduce the number of Dyscalculia amongst primary school students in Malaysia.
