總結:This study aims to clarify the Quranic concepts of “The Many” and “The Few”, and to demonstrate its impact on Dakwah as shown by prophets Nuh, Luth, Musa and Mohammad, peace be upon them. This study discusses the Dakwah and its success criteria and relates that to the believers' multitude and fewness; this is due to the fact that many people believe that multitude represents success and distinction, while fewness is an indicator of failure and disappointment. However, the glorious Qur'an stated through its discussion on the concepts of many and few that there is another viewpoint of this issue. This is to facilitate the situation for those who make Dakwah because many of them perform Dakwah for a long period of time, but their followers are few. If this was to be seen as an indicator for the failure of Dakwah, Nuh and Lut, peace be upon them, could have been accused of having failed to meet their Dakwah objectives. This study examines this issue to clarify its impact on the Dakwah and its success. Inductive and analytical methods are used to show that Dakwah and its success have no direct relationship with the number of the believers, since the fewness and multitude are not indicators for success or failure. It is also proved that some prophets performed Dakwah for a long time, but their followers were few. However, they are never considered as to have failed in their Dakwah. Dakwah made by the prophet should not be understood in terms of success or failure but rather the essence of the prophet's steadfastness.
