The study conducted descriptive and analytical study to identify the needs of the students. The researcher analyzed the responses of samples by (SPSS). This study emphasized the importance of the urgent need for students of law to understand the legal sources in Arabic. A new and effective curriculum is necessary to help create students who could process authentic jurisprudence sources in Arabic rather than merely relying on insufficient modern or English Étranslations the proposed new curriculum could potentially able to help students master Arabic terminologies within less than year. | ||
