| 總結: | This paper deals with the role of Islamic financial architecture in dealing with financial crises by investing Zakat funds as a social legal obligation aimed at achieving equality among the Muslims and providing basic necessities like food and clothing. The researcher pointed out how to reduce and eliminate the global financial crisis that has left the Muslim community in extreme poverty and unemployment by activating the system of good governance in collecting and employing Zakat funds and investing them to eradicate poverty and unemployment.The researcher followed the method of extrapolation and descriptive analysis. Money from Zakat can be used in Islamic financial engineering. Islamic financial instruments have an important role in financing of projects to eradicate poverty and unemployment. The researcher concluded that Islamic legitimacy can prevent financial crises if its provisions and rules are applied correctly within the financial institution. |
