The problem of the study is the contradiction of American foreign policy towards dealing with many political Islam movements in the Middle East which differ from the American foreign policy towards political Islam movements Gulf area. The importance of the study in exploring the features of US foreign policy and the interest of the United States towards the Arab countries. The study followed the extrapolative approach to extrapolating foreign policy to Arab countries. The comparative approach was based on comparing the US policy toward the Arab countries in the Middle East and the Gulf region. The study limits were limited to the period before and after the events of September 11, 2011 and until the year 2015. The study showed many results, among them that American policy follows its interests, which differ in different Arab countries. The interests of the United States of America with the Gulf states assume that some political Islam groups that resort to violence are a method. At the same time, it is in the interests of the United States of America to continue to cooperate with many Islamic groups, including some Salafist groups, with a view to stabilizing the Persian Gulf region for the continuation of oil flows without causing significant problems. The results also indicated that many of the political Islam movements prefer to continue dialogue with the United States of America in order to find a formula for coexistence. The United States also took a stand against many political movements of Islam especially after the events of September 11, 2011. The recommendations pointed out that many political Islam movements contribute to the stability of many Muslim and Arab countries. The United States should not support Israel as a provocation to the Arab countries, which contributes to the growth of jihadist movements that wish to liberate the lands occupied by Israel.
