| 总结: | This research pursues to reveal the constant and variable elements of the democratic system, by studying its logical structure and external investigations through its long history. Furthermore, the research seeks to reveal the position of Islam concerning both elements. To accomplish this, the research starts with illuminating the concept of constant and variable elements and their factors, and the cognitive methodology that constitutes the basis for legitimate approaches in political subjects. The research then defines democracy, its criteria, and various categories, and reviews its history from Athenian to Middle and Renaissance ages followed by the Enlightenment age until the 20th century. The research classifies the constant elements of democratic system in two specific areas: mainstream and absolute equality, through commitment to their components such as popularity of power and political freedom. The research follows by demonstrating the position of Islam towards static elements, concluding that there are significant differences between Islamic and democracy attitudes towards them. To finalize the research of static elements, the research addresses the most outstanding elements of the democratic system such as liberalism, sovereignty, secularism, and separation of powers. It discusses these elements throughout understanding and evaluation, seeking to determine their relationship with democracy and the Islamic attitude. This research employed three different approaches: The historical approach: following historical contexts of the emergence of democracy, stages of its development and the inclusion of emergent ideology elements. Descriptive approach: by describing the static and variable components of democratic system. Critical approach: based on identifying the resources of imbalances and political and legal complications in democratic product. |
