Summary:This research aims to demonstrate the use of commonly used Arabic compositions to enhance the speaking skill in the school environment, and its importance of stimulating students by the teachers. The research adopted the Fuzzy Delphi Method, by collecting the data through a questionnaire distributed to 10 Arabic language teachers at Segambut Jaya Malaysian Secondary School. The data was analysed using the Triangular Fuzzy Number, and the results showed the teachers' agreement on the importance of the linguistic structures used in the main school language situations; such as in the classroom, greeting and meeting, teachers' room, library, restaurant, and morning assembly, as well as phrases in the contexts of question, proof, denial, order, prohibition and exclamation. Hence, it was possible to identify the linguistic activities for practicing speech and to communicate with them on a daily basis in the school environment.
