Results from this study found support those three dimensions from the Five-Factor Personality which are conscientiousness, extraversion and openness to experience have a significant relationship with perceived ease of use. Moreover, perceived ease of use of the smart retirement village highly influences perceived usefulness of the smart retirement village. Importantly, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness will affect the attitude of the older people towards the smart retirement village. Lastly, the result obtained from this study found out that all the variables from the Theory of Planned Behaviour which are attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioural control directly influence the relocation intention of the older people to a smart retirement village.
