These make a lot of challenges especially those without e-wallet usage. Street food hawkers not digital inclusive, being left behind, thus no promising in their well-being that threatening their livelihood. Therefore, this study is a need to examine the factors that influencing street food hawkers’ actual usage of e-wallet, and further investigate e-wallet usage impacts on their subjective well-being. This study proposed framework consisting of ten variables from Extended Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT2) model by exploring 2 new factors of business profitability and online digital strategy, and further test the impact. Furthermore, this study proposed to test on online food delivery as mediator on e-wallet usage. This study applies quantitative approach via purposive study, face to face interview with structured questionnaires. This study targeted 120 samples of street food hawkers. Actual samples collected are 116 sets. The data collected will be analysed by using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS4 and SPSS IBM Statistic 25. The findings resulted in the formulation of 13 propositions. This study finds that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, hedonic motivation, and habit have significant relationship on intention to use, while facilitating condition, business profitability, online digital strategy, and intention to use are significantly influence the actual usage. Somewhat surprisingly this study revealed that online food delivery has no direct mediation between intention to use and actual usage. Finally, we concluded that actual usage of e-wallet impact significantly their subjective well-being. This study provides comprehensive insight of e-wallet usage by exploring two new variables (BP and ODS) which still hasn’t investigated in prior research and deliver a valuable outcome of subjective well-being.
