Description
Summary:In this research work, each of the process involved in MPS processing has been studied, implemented and reviewed. To reduce the arduous processes in the conventional MPS processing paradigm, left ventricle (LV) reorientation, LV segmentation and mycardial sampling have been combined and automated through the use of a model-based LV recognition techniques. These three processes can be performed model-based recognition, a three-dimensional LV perfusion map can also be produced in addition to the traditional two-dimensional cardiac polar map.
