The purpose of the study is to determine the barriers in women managers’ career progression in Malaysian GLCs and the path by which family related barriers, negative stereotype, glass ceiling, and talent management influence women managers’ career progression. A quantitative research approach in the form of a correlation study was used in this research. A total of 466 women managers from 17 GLCs constituted the sample. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data.
