According to Maslow’s hierarchy of need, the most basic level of need must be met before the individual will strongly desire or motivation to the secondary or higher level of needs. Our study aims to identify what are the factors constitute work life quality and to establish the relationship between work life quality on employees’ absenteeism in an organization. We hope that the result of the study which highlights those underlying factors will be useful to the organization in improving the work life quality in the organization in order to increase the motivation level of their employees and reduce the absenteeism rate.
