Description
Summary:This study begins with the measurement of Total Factor Productivity index of both local and foreign banks in Malaysia using DEA (Data Employment Analysis) through DEAP 2.0 program. Overall, the result shows positive improvement in productivity growth of all commercial banks in Malaysia which mainly attributed by the improvement in technical efficiency change.
