Second is to recognize fingertips from an image through detected hand from the proposed free-form skin color model.Third is to modify the randomized circle detection algorithm to track the fingertip position between frames. This study makes a comparative study of the three proposed methods for different ethnicity which include African, European, Indian and Mongolian people.
