Summary:The primary purpose of this study is to establish a model of mobile commerce adoption intention by using a service quality approach in which perception of the mobile internet service quality is positioned as a predictor to mobile commerce adoption intention. The objectives of the study are: (i) To identify the dimensions of mobile internet service quality (ii) To uncover the technology cluster effects of actual use of internet enabled mobile devices for communication and content purposes on the actual use of mobile commerce in the consumption cycle, and towards mobile commerce adoption intention in the post consumption cycle (iii) To re-establish the temporal order amongst mobile internet service quality, perceived value and customers’ satisfaction towards continuance intention of the mobile internet, and (iv) To ascertain the indirect and mediating effects of continuance intention of mobile internet on the interrelationships between mobile internet service quality, customers’ satisfaction and behavioural intention to adopt mobile commerce.
