الملخص: | Firms in developing countries have been known to be defective in technology and managerial insights. In developing countries the low level of human capital, technological and other resource limitations make some difficulties for internal knowledge development for local firms. One of the widely used policies by developing countries to grow is using technology, which is already developed and applied by the developed countries. Although the transferee countries can acquire some of this knowledge at relatively low costs. Knowledge transfer as an area of knowledge management has been considered from different points of view: inter –firm knowledge transfer, intra-firm knowledge transfer, knowledge transfer in collaborations and alliances and also in supply-chain networks. Inter-organizational collaborations have different motives like, technological and commercial and also effects on innovation. |
