الملخص:Ubiquitous computing is shifting the healthcare from treatment by professionals in hospitals to self-care, mobile care, home care and preventive care. In order to support the healthcare evolution, a global healthcare system, which emphasizes self-care but also allows support from healthcare service providers, is expected to provide personalized healthcare services at the right time, right place and right manner. One important factor in the support of self-care is the identification of relevant contextual information, information about environmental influences, which may well affect a person's health. Until now this has been largely ignored. This research demonstrates implementation of prototype architecture to identify and record environmental factors, which may relate to a person's symptoms of illness at a particular place and a particular time. Key technologies such as context processing framework and a Web service interoperability platform are identified and elaborated. Integrated into a mobile "personal health record system", the contextual information may provide important clues to the health of an individual across time and locations. Therefore, this research represents an applicable software solution to improve mobile personal health tracking using Web services to find relevant contextual information.
