This study aims to investigate the behavioral antecedents for employees' involvement in Green Information System (Green IS) and further it will reveal, if information and communication technology (ICT) employees’ in Malaysia have clear intention in the implementation of Green IS to address the issues highlighted above, thus ensuring we have a sustainable Green environment. The purpose of this study was to examine the intention on how attitude played a significant part on ICT employees’ attitude in Green IS implementation in MSC companies in Malaysia.
