Summary:Service businesses still suffer due to lack of overall measurement of productivity for service offerings. Most of the present Application models and methods dwell upon the level of growth of the business, and they do not discuss why and how this increasing happens or does not happen. The service industry by itself has limited and divergent guidelines to improve the services. The purpose of the measurement for improvement necessitated because of the current Application models do not give the clear direction for improvement or decision making using the most suitable competitive strategy. The other challenge is related to the neglect of quality in service measurement which causes inappropriate results. It is happening when the most portion of the world economy depends on the service sectors (public and private). Hence the purpose of this research is to develop new methodology and an application model to optimize the service productivity which different resources and outputs with five different operational strategies.
