The service industry by itself has limited and divergent guidelines to improve the services. The purpose of the measurement for improvement necessitated because of the current Application models do not give the clear direction for improvement or decision making using the most suitable competitive strategy. The other challenge is related to the neglect of quality in service measurement which causes inappropriate results. It is happening when the most portion of the world economy depends on the service sectors (public and private).
