Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the determinants of knowledge productivity among public service officers. The variables used for determining the knowledge productivity effectiveness were: level of autonomy, complexity of job design, innovation opportunity, knowledge sharing behaviour and learning organisation. This study is a quantitative research in the form of correlation study, whereby a total number of 103 respondents’ data were collected.
