Purposive sampling method was used in this study to obtain meaningful data. The results of the study were derived through Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) for descriptive statistical analysis and Analysis of MOment structures (AMOS) for Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). For instance, the two steps modeling approach was used; specifically the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to assess the measurement model validity and structural equation modeling (SEM) for specifying and assesses the structural model‟s validity. 2018-10 Thesis http://shdl.mmu.edu.my/7730/ http://library.mmu.edu.my/library2/diglib/mmuetd/ masters Multimedia University Faculty of Business
