While the widespread adoption of ICT solutions is a promising sign with increasing productivity, the amount of ICT-waste that is likely to rise in direct comparison poses a serious threat to the ecosystem. This is because the complex mixture of metals and chemicals contained in electronics such as lead, cadmium, and mercury are known to be toxic and these harmful substances, once be released into the atmosphere, soil, and water as a result of improper disposal, may poison people, plants, and animals. As upsurge in ICT-waste is projected to continue, immediate action is imperative to reduce massive ICT dumping. This study was carried out to investigate factors that influence ICT products reuse behaviour among MSC Malaysia status companies. There is a conceptual linkage among Theory of Planned Behavior, Norm Activation Theory, and corporate environmental responsibility. This study is such a one that integrates all of them in the proposed research model, and thereby be relevant to the research objectives formulated in the present study. A total of 463 questionnaires were distributed to individual employees (managers or supervisors) who are responsible to manage ICT resources in MSC Malaysia status companies. 2019-07 Thesis http://shdl.mmu.edu.my/7741/ http://library.mmu.edu.my/library2/diglib/mmuetd/ masters Multimedia University Faculty of Business
