Work-related stress, juggle the effects of role overload, role conflict and role ambiguity, and how the characteristics of the overwhelming roles an individual carries, can affect and lead to work-family conflict. Emotional intelligence, is also another key into affecting work-family conflict, as an individual would need to have the emotional knowledge to discern the right action to take. The wrong choices, can lead to complications and conflict. Lastly, workaholic culture also paints an obvious picture as to how it can affect work-family conflict.
