Summary: | In Bajet 2016, it is stated that the government cuts the universities budget. This budget’s cut affected the staff training in Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM). Even though the budget has been cut, the training still needs to go on. To overcome this problem, UiTM needs a system that provides training through online. Therefore, Staff E-Training System using Learning Management System Emphasize Video Education (S-Training) had been developing to overcome this problem. S-Training is an e- leaming system that uses video and quizzes as the main content through online system. In order to develop this system, the Waterfall Model has been use as guidance. This model has five phases which are Requirements, Design, Implementation, Testing and Documentation. Finally, S-Training had been tested and evaluated by 30 respondents. The evaluation has made based on interface, content, consistency, efficiency, user satisfaction and this system theory, Learning Management System. The result of evaluation shows that the highest mean based on user feedback is user satisfaction which is 4.40 (SD = 0.50). As a conclusion, S-Training is expected to help instructor in conducting the training and evaluating the staff performance in training. |
