It is important and recommended for people to write a will prior to his or her death because a will allows one to decide on what happens to his or her money, property and possessions after death. The reality is that most attitudes of Malaysian are ignorant about the importance of adopting wasiyyah or will. The researches examine the awareness of the importance adopting wasiyyah or will among the government workers. The researcher are choose the government workers as sample due to they have a stable income and financial. Thus, with that convenient condition, do they aware the importance of adopting wasiyyah or will. The data were collected through a survey based on the questionnaires among the government workers in Malaysia.
