Survey data collected from 305 users of Facebook indicated that argument quality and source credibility influenced the perceived information usefulness and information adoption. Comprehensiveness, Timeliness, Relevance, and Source Trustworthiness were significantly related to perceived information usefulness of restaurant reviews.
