The methanol leaf extract of M. calabura (MCME) and its partitioned extracts [petroleum ether (MCPE), ethyl acetate (MCEA) and aqueous (MCAQ)] were subjected to antimicrobial and cytotoxic activities using micro-broth dilution and MTT assays, respectively.
