Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis of a blended wing body (BWB) unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) with elevator deflection of - 15° (upward) at 0.1 and 0.3 mach number / Mohd. Fazil Jundam
This thesis represents the study on aerodynamics of a Blended Wing Body Unmanned Aircraft Ve-hicle (BWB UAV) at a low subsonic speed for elevator deflection of - 15°. Elevator is one of im-portant parts in aircraft desigbn where it can acts as a control surface that influencing the nose up and down...

Summary: | This thesis represents the study on aerodynamics of a Blended Wing Body Unmanned Aircraft Ve-hicle (BWB UAV) at a low subsonic speed for elevator deflection of - 15°. Elevator is one of im-portant parts in aircraft desigbn where it can acts as a control surface that influencing the nose up and down during pitching motion of the aircraft. This project started with the construction of the BWB model and deflecting the elevator section into - 15° (Upward) by using CATIA V5 R16. |
