Description
Summary:This paper aims to examine the determinants on the performance of the construction company in Malaysia from 2008 until 2017. Return on asset is the dependent variable. There are three independent variables in this study which are, leverage, firm size and liquidity. All the data had been collected through Datastream only which involved 35 construction companies in Malaysia. This study used Multiple Regression Analysis model from STATA SE 14 to analyze the data. The result shows that only liquidity has a significant positive relationship with return on asset. Firm size has an insignificant positive relationship with return on asset. Leverage has an insignificant negative relationship with return on asset.
