It has become one of the preference careers for students to be in future. Entrepreneurship had contributed a lot to economy development and income for the country. There are several factors that can influence final year student intentions to be an entrepreneur. Entrepreneurial intention is thestudents aim of what they would like to be and their willingness of been an entrepreneur. The objective of this research is to know what factor can influence final year students of UiTM Kelantan to be entrepreneur. The factors list are, person attitude, perceive social norms, self efficacy and exposure of entrepreneurial learning. To conduct the research, 103 set of questionnaire had been distribute to final year student of UiTM Kelantan to get the feedback and factors that influence their intentions. The cronbach’s alpha reliability had been test to know the reliable result for every variable. Apart from that, crosstab, Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis also had been tested to know relationship between dependent variable, entrepreneurial intention and independent variable, person attitude, perceive social norms, self-efficacy and exposure of entrepreneurial learning. This had been tested to know also the significant value and the significant factors of the variable. Based on the analysis result show that, all independent variable are significant and influencing the entrepreneurial intentions among final year student of UiTM Kelantan.
