Summary:Library is known as a place where the students can borrow the book. Currently, the library of SMK Chendering uses a manual system for the borrowing and returning of the book. The manual system brings a problem to a student and librarian such as students need to buy a card before they can borrow the books and librarian overlooked which students are late in returning the books. Therefore, Library Circulation System was developed to make the process of borrowing and returning the books become easier and faster. The user of the system is librarian of SMK Chendering. The methodology that is used to develop the system is Waterfall Model. Important phases, including requirement analysis, system design, implementation and testing are followed in order to developed system with quality. The features of this system are librarian can insert an information of the students that want to borrow the books, search the information of the students that want to return the books, view the charge of fines for the students who are late in returning the books and view the borrowed and returned books. The librarian also can view the list of the books that are available in the library and add the information about the new books. With this system, librarian can get a notification if there have a student who are late in returning the books. This system is being tested to thirty respondents. Overall, the highest mean received is 4.60 (SD=0.563) for usability section. Most of the respondents had agreed that Library Circulation System would bring benefit and solve the problem.
