However, opportunities are still available to Muslims to give part of their property to anyone he loves either to his or her family who are not entitled to a share in his or her property or non-members of his family. In world wide especially Malaysia, there have many issues arising out of the failure to inherit property until the property frozen and cannot be used. In Malaysia, various opportunities have been created for Muslims to mobilize and expand their property through various Islamic banking and financial products .This opportunity exists in the form of Wasiyyah will at certain rates. In fact, the will is encouraged as one of the forms of religious worship that can produce rewards from God and contribute to the well-being of the family and the community by not waiving the interest of immediate family members who have been appointed by God as the rightful right to their inheritance. Moreover, Wasiyyah can be a tool to strengthen the relationship between family members who have different religions because wills can also be made to non-Muslims. Next, for this research aim to study the awareness of Wasiyyah in Muslim financial planning in Kampong Baru,Kuala Lumpur.This research is based on data obtained from a survey questionnaire among residents of Kampong Baru. The data was analyzed to evaluate and determine awareness among society about wills {Wasiyyah) that influence successful in financial planning. The result of the study suggested that strategic approach is needed for the government and local authority to successfully solving issues the estate.
