All muslims should be able to read and recite the verses in the Al-Quran and able to pronounce correctly especially during the solah routine. Conventionally, using book or traditional method is less effective compared to e-learning process because people nowadays are more interested in using the multimedia approach. Hence, the main purpose of developing the jomQuran courseware is to focus on the correct pronunciation for the letters of hijaiyah and able to differentiate the behaviour of the letters. This courseware focusses on the beginner users who want to improve their recitation when reciting the Al-Quran. The jomQuran courseware was derived from the development process conducted by ADDIE model which involves five phases such as analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The project is tested and evaluated in terms of contents, multimedia elements, ease of use, usability, activities and satisfaction of the courseware by experts and users. Based on the evaluation result, the highest mean of the constructs is ease of use, (mean = 4.53, SD = 0.571).
