The evaluators evaluate six criteria of system which are perceived ease of use, efficiency, satisfaction, consistency, user interface, and customer relationship management (CRM). Based on respondent analysis, showed that the highest mean was 4.37 (SD = 0.615). It can be concluded that the TiMOS gave more benefits for users and hopefully it will contribute further by evolving to a better booking management system. 2017-01 Thesis https://ir.uitm.edu.my/id/eprint/40708/ https://ir.uitm.edu.my/id/eprint/40708/1/40708.pdf text en public degree Universiti Teknologi MARA Faculty of Computer and Mathematical Sciences Abdul Latif, Mohd Hanapi
