The scope of these studies focused on the home buyers and renters in Kelantan and three independent variables which are cost of materials, demand for house and location. The respondents are selected using the convinience sampling. Data are collected through the questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS software. Based on finding, the three independent variables has a significant relationship towards the housing price.
