Description
Summary:Pondok Darussunnah (PDS) is an organization that provides tahfiz’s class for islamic students. The objective PDS was opened is to develop the quality learning to the students, so that the students is not only be ‘hafiz’ or ‘hafizah’ but also can spread ‘dakwah’ to others. Class registration system at Pondok Darussunnah (PDS) is currently being conducted manually by using paper. Students whose want to register the class must go to the PDS’s office to make registration and follow some step such as fill the form to register as new student then choose the available class. The problems that always occur are some of the records may be lost due to careless of humans and environmental disaster. The proposed system for PDS was introduces as Online Class Registration System (OCReS). This online system can help students and admin especially in part of class registration. Students can make online registration system easily, while admin can manage the system through online easily. The report of the registration can be done easily by admin. The methodologies that use in this system are Data Flow Diagram, Context Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram and Use Case Diagram to view the detail process of the system. The system testing was conducted and evaluation for expert user and user testing was done. The evaluation involves three expert users and 30 respondents. The data was gathered and recorded. Based on the record, the highest mean is 4.60 (SD = 0.498). For future improvement, the developer can create the system that more efficient which parents can register many of their child using one account. As conclusion, OCReS gave more benefits to the users and hopefully it can facilitate the management of Pondok Darussunnah.
