Summary: | The design, appearance and quality of construction of residential and commercial buildings usually determine the character of a building during its life span. A building’s location and design usually attract compatible people and businesses. To maintain this compatibility, it is necessary to keep up the appearance of the structure, to operate the electrical & mechanical systems efficiently, and to keep the interior clean and safe. Scheduled and sophisticated management forms basics to determine cleanliness levels in terms of all stages of cleaning work. Good maintenance management help ensure reduction in maintenance. Contractors must have their own daily, weekly or monthly schedule. They also need to prepare a budget of cleaning works like worker’s salary, equipment and detergent.. Besides cleaning management, the techniques of cleaning must correct to measure cleanliness of the areas. The selection of equipment is also must suitable for the job. It includes the internal and external part of building. Every element and place has specific technique of cleaning needs such as sweeping, wiping, mopping, buffing, scrubbing, water jetting and shampooing which require different techniques and applications. |
